At Vietnam-Travel-Help.com, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for our tour packages and airport services.

1. Tour Package Cancellations (3+ Days)

4. Day Trip & Activity Cancellations

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours: 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours / No-show: No refund
  • Weather cancellation by operator: Full refund or reschedule

5. Airport Fast Track Service Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before arrival: Full refund
  • Under 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show at airport: No refund
  • Flight cancelled/delayed: Full refund with proof

6. Private Transfer Cancellations

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours: 50% refund
  • Under 12 hours / No-show: No refund

7. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds are NOT available when:

  • You fail to show up for a booked service
  • You change travel plans after services are confirmed
  • You provide incorrect information (wrong dates, times, locations)
  • Services were successfully delivered as booked
  • Delays caused by you (late to meeting point, forgotten documents, etc.)

8. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via email at info@flyvietnam.help or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation.
  3. We will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
